The beneficiaries of the professional courses, are:
Graduates of obligatory/secondary/superior education who are in search of a workplace and who fulfill the following conditions:      

1.  They became unemployed according to the 72/2002 law;
2. They couldn`t find a workplace after graduation or after completing the military service;
3. According to law, they obtained the refugee status or any other form of international protection;
4. They couldn`t find a workplace after detention.

Any graduate of obligatory/secondary/superior education can benefit by a professional course for free right after the first day of graduation regardless they took the matriculation or bachelor`s degree.
During summer, between secondary school/faculty graduation and the beginning of faculty/master, the graduates benefit by one of the professional courses, for free.
The prime condition is to address to the local work force agencies from Cluj-Napoca and other towns in the Cluj county, based on the graduate`s residence: Dej, Gherla, Turda, Campia Turzii and Huedin.
