     WHO AM I?

My name is Racolța Steluța Carmen, I am an engineer and I hold the Professional Certificate in Management issued by the London Business School.

I have carried out most of my professional activity in the field of insurance, at the insurance-reinsurance company ARDAF.

Thus, between 1993 and 1997 I served as Director of Marketing and Development, and between1998 and 2004 as President - General Manager. This period was influenced by the transition of the Romanian economy, by major changes in legislation, as well as by fierce competition in the financial field. This was the period when the ARDAF brand was built, as well as the network of subsidiaries in over 200 cities from Romania, values that are currently taken into consideration by the big European financial corporations, such as Generali Assicurazioni.

   ACHIEVEMENTS

In the field of insurance, we have met people who were “thirsty” for learning continuously, even though they were no longer students.
This is why financial and material resources have been allocated for the continuous professional training of employees from many departments, such as sales, damages, actuaries, economical, juridical and others.
